Qadam means "footstep" — and that's exactly what we're trading in. Not new shoes, but the next chapter of shoes that already have one.

The idea

Why we started Qadam

Original sneakers in Pakistan are expensive — import duty, brand markup, limited local stock. Meanwhile, plenty of great pairs sit unworn in closets across Karachi, too good to throw out but no longer wanted.

Qadam closes that gap. We buy those pairs, inspect them properly, price them honestly, and get them onto someone else's feet instead of into a landfill.

No inflated "vintage" pricing, no vague listings. Just a straightforward grade, a fair price, and a fast WhatsApp order.
